Shocker: Photo of new 'RKO blabmeister faked

Save WRKO has the goods on a photo that seems to show Reese Hopkins at Park Street as the train comes rumblin' through - turns out somebody at 'RKO superimposed his photo on a photo taken earlier this year by a local photoblogger.

You'd think a radio station would have heard of copyright law.
Now that's a story
The notion that they faked what is obviously meant as a photo illustration was a bogus charge, BUT using the photo without permission is more valid. I know its done all the time and a lot of folks get away with it just fine, BUT there is a difference between grabbing an image from Google for your blog and a for-profit entity doing the same for their corporate website. It was very easy to know that they'd get hammered on this given the very public nature of a radio station. Very dumb move.
