Boston lawyer charged with defrauding own firm

Philip Giordano of Westwood was indicted today on 11 counts related to the alleged theft of $150,000 from his former law firm between 2002 and 2004, the Suffolk County District Attorney's office announced.

Giordano, formerly a partner at Giordano, Champa and Powers, will be arraigned on Jan. 15 in Suffolk Superior Court.
