Jef Taylor takes a walk around the Franklin Park Zoo today and takes photos of various animals in the snow/sleet, including a crocodile:
... And the coating of snow on this saltwater croc slowed him down enough for me to photograph him safely! ...

Most zoos (and I don't know
Most zoos (and I don't know about Franklin Park specifically) have ways for animals to get inside if they want to. Franklin Park Zoo is American Zoo Association accredited, so I doubt they're forcing animals to freeze.
