St. Andrew in Forest Hills sold to the Bethel African Methodist Episcopal Church, the Jamaica Plain Gazette reports.

I love the way they point out the (presumably) obvious:

"Bethel AME presumably will reuse the church building as a church."

A ton of young kids got raped in that Church back
in the old days. Good riddance to St. Andrews

Is a homophobic church* really an improvement over one that harbors child abuse? I'm not excited to see houses of worship that condone either practice.

(*And a homophobic church that claims of one of its main tenets to be social justice, at that.)
