It's always fun to mess with them when they run up in front of me, block my path and say "You're not racist, are you?!?"

I've written up a list of canned responses to fluster and confuse them:

- "I haven't made up my mind yet."
- "Not since last week."
- "Maybe I am and I just don't know it. Like a racist Cylon sleeper agent or something."
- "No, just a sociopath. You?"
- "White skin and misanthropy are two things that run in my family."

Haven't run into this group yet.

I wonder what they'd do if I were to usurp their shtick by immediately yelling "LIARS! DO YOU LIKE TO DISTRACT FROM REAL ORGANIZATIONS IN NEED OF MONEY??" and other such nonsense before they get the chance to do the same...basically beat them to the punch.

I also wonder if I could provoke an assault worthy of getting a cop's attention (there are a few cop kiosks near Downtown Crossing) if I just played along with their assertion that I'm a racist/nazi/etc. Yell "YOU'RE DAMN RIGHT I AM. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ABOUT IT?" or some similar nonsense that doesn't rise to intimidation or whatever legal trap might get me in trouble but push enough buttons since they don't expect people to lash back at them in kind or in agreement with their non-sequiter crap.
