Gunman tied up four employees at the East Cambridge Savings Bank at 285 Highland Ave. shortly before 6 p.m. The bank was robbed in a similar manner this past May.
The city used its robo-dialer system to call residents within a half mile of the bank to ask them to be on the lookout for a gray 2007 Infiniti G35 coupe with a Massachusetts plate number of 21MC99.

What is robo-call? I live about 50 feet from the bank and nobody called me.
I was trying to get home from work and had to pass at least 6 cruisers all around the bank to get into my house. I certainly heard the helicopters over my apt for at least an hour after the robbery. I can't believe this has happened twice in less than a year. I hope they catch this guy.
Cars have gotten broken into a lot recently at my buidling as well, probably unrelated but I have lived her several years without incident and within the last year there have been at least 10 cars broken into. Just seems like there is quite a spike recently of theft.
I received a call - they

I received a call - they provided the license plate, make and model of car to look for.
I've lived around the block for 12 years, without problem. I have noticed, however, more teens getting into fights at the playground at the end of Hancock Street.
