Electro Magnetic Pulse
That's how I've been dreaming of rendering their equipment inoperable. I live on a busy street in the South End right by a street light and at all hours of the night I hear it thumping through my walls. With all the great minds in the city we should have the expertise to develop a directed electro magnetic pulse that would render a cars electrical system inoperable. That would make my day!
