Horrible Video
Just posting the words "something was projected on the statue of liberty" would have been more descriptive than that video. So, what exactly was projected?
Isn't it apparent?
Someone projected a splotchy bit of color onto the Statue of Liberty and then made a jittery, out of focus, pointless video of the escapade.
