I had both of my DVR boxes updated last week. They had to swap one box out when it failed the upgrade, but everything has worked just fine since. The user interface is a huge step up, too. My only complaint is it keeps trying to record "Deal or No Deal" for me.

Hopefully they iron out the problems by the time I am in the market for HD!
