I don't see why the federal government has any legitimate interest in whether baseball players (or track stars, or other athletes) take performance-enhancing drugs. This should be a matter for the leagues and their unions to work out.

involvement with the position that as the governing
body in charge of drug policy (VIOXX as another example)
they are req'd to be on this. Also cites MLB's
monopoly exemption.
I can't justify it, but I can enjoy it. And I like
the guy with the Trident over the guy with the short
