Less chalky, more crunchy

Pam loves the idea of those (locally made) candy saying hearts, but hates the taste, so she makes her own, out of shortbread.

Ew. Sweetbreads is one of those words that sounds like it should be something good, but isn't.

At least with head cheese and blood pudding, you know to do a little investigating into just what you're about to eat. Informed consent and all that.
