Hot diggety dog

Simco's on American Legion Parkway in Roslindale has stuff besides hot dogs (chicken, broccoli and ziti, even), but really, why bother with anything else?

It seems it oughta be worth the trip to go to Mattapan.

I stumbled upon that place...
...while on an 8 hour layover between trains in in Chicago on my way to California in February 2003. It really was good (and I do concede to being a hot dog aficionado). I didn't realize it was so well known..
