Otherwise, when you break into a car and then decide the intersection of Cypress and Walnut streets might be a good place to take a little snooze - it being 2:30 in the morning and all - police might be able to tie you to the break-in because you left a duffel bag with a name tag on it in the car, or so Brookline Police report.

Do you really think pot is the reason this kid was in the middle of the road? He may have had some pot on him, but clearly, this is not the type of effect, marijuana has on people.

Because cigarette smokers don't tend to do stuff like lie down in an intersection in the middle of the night.
Yes, I realize that a) Brookline Police do not state the suspect was under the influence of a leafy green substance at the time (although they did initially take him in for "protective custody") and b) Not all pot smokers break into cars. Perhaps the point should have been: If you're going to break into a car, leave the leaves at homes.
