UPDATE: Somebody shot at him. Boston Police say he was shot with a BB, not by his own nail gun.

Channel 4 reports:

A construction worker trying to outrace a meter maid ended up getting shot in the head by his own nail gun Thursday morning.

The story says the injury was not life-threatening, but does not say if he still got a ticket.
