Just say what?
Just say 'no' and take a chastity pledge. That oughta fix it. What Federal agency beside US Aid spends millions each year pitching that approach in our schools? AND, they tell them condems are unrealiable. Right, let's persuade impressionable teanagers to stay clear of condoms.
It worked for our elders!
Well, maybe not.
You see, a lot of older people in older people places are having a lot of fun now that many are widowed and nobody gets pregnant.
They are also passing around a lot of not-so-fun diseases. There is a notable epidemic in retirement communities, and many of their docs lay the blame at an utter lack of awarness of the hazards or understanding of how to prevent transmission.
Granny and gramps are getting remedial sex ed, all because nobody ever talked to them about how to safely manage their sexuality when they were younger.
