Budget woes not over for Boston Public Schools

Chris Lovett examines some of the challenges faced by new Superintendent Carol Johnson: Costs keep going up even as enrollment continues to shrink. And while some officials (hello, Councilor Tobin) keep harping on/looking at school transportation costs, the systems also has a number of "underutilized, underperforming" schools, according to the Boston Municipal Research Bureau.
