Barnicle is on 96.9 talk and Paul La Camera thinks he should be on WBUR/NPR? Um, is it just me?

As far as I know he hasn't been on 96 since Imus returned, and even before that he was chopped down from 3 hours to 1. The story was that he would be doing so much pundit work on the 08 campaign that he wouldn't have time to do a show.
I think the level of hate some people feel toward this guy is way over the top. He paid the price for his screw-ups and carried on, there are worse things a guy could do, its not like he's Howie Carr. His 96 show was the smartest thing on that station (for what thats worth), I could see him doing a good local talk show for WBUR. Honestly if they could get him to co-host a show with his buddy Robert Parker it would probably be the best Boston focused show around.
