Not so fast, TD Banknorth

TD Banknorth wants to merge with New Jersey-based Commerce Bank and rename the whole thing to TD Commerce Bank.
Just one problem -- there's already a Commerce Bank & Trust in Worcester, and they say the new name would infringe their longstanding trademark.

There's another Commerce Bank in Kansas City - serving the Midwest. http://www.commercebank.com/
They've already got the URL, so they must be real one!
That one's probably not a problem
unless TD wants to expand into the Midwest.
