Cambridge Police report on a case of aggravated assault Monday evening:

Officers responded to the corners of Fifth St & Spring St for a report of five males in black & gray hoodies throwing bricks at someone. The suspects were rounded up and identified.

Four juveniles were involved in an altercation at 520 Cambridge St. One was arrested for threatening a victim with a large knife.

Well the solution here is obvious.

Ban bricks! As we have just learned, they can easily be converted for use as dangerous projectile weapons. All bricks must therefore be confiscated and reduced to nothing but dust.

Be prepared for a lot of building demolition once this law goes into effect.
