Shaw's knows what's really troubling consumers

No, it's not rapidly increasing food prices. It's that we're all in a food rut:

Shaw's Supermarkets said Tuesday it has forged a partnership with America's Test Kitchen that aims to get shoppers out of what they call a "food rut."

West Bridgewater, Mass.-based Shaw's said the initiative, called "Get Inspired," was designed specifically to stop New Englanders from sleep-shopping through the grocery aisles, cooking the same uninspired meals, week after week. ...

What?!? The signs in the freezer aisle aren't inspiration enough?!?

Actually, as long as they keep Rachael Ray out of my supermarket, I don't mind what they do.

As long as Shaw's doesn't mess with the price of Macaroni & Cheese mix or Ramen noodles, I'm all good...

Perhaps if Shaw's would like to get people to cook more inspired meals that should have actual fresh food, vegetables that are not rotten, vegetables other than the usual suspect. for example, 10 minutes ago at my local Shaw hole in Auburndale ...no broccolini, no leeks, rotten Swiss Chard, nothing local like fiddleheads or ramps, etc. I knew I should have gone to Stop and Shop, or driven over to Wellesley to Roche Bros or gone to Whole foods, but it is literally around the corner so i chose convenience.
Or take the fish departments inspired choices of salmon, cod, shrimp, mussels. Wow! how sustainable, how unusual, how inspiring!
Sorry,I have railed about Shaw's before, but since my life is spent in grocery stores or buying product to cook with I ahve seen my fair share of well done stores and Shaw's is certainly NOT one of them.
