Boston Police report that officers patrolling Dorchester Avenue and Leedville Street early yesterday in search of prostitutes and would-be robbers found a Lowell man armed to the hilt with a sawed-off shotgun, a pry bar, a claw hammer, a white mask, a stun gun and a pair of black gloves. No word on the status of the two men he allegedly was found talking to before the police moved in.

About half an hour later, over on Harrishof Street in Roxbury, police say a guy was apparently close to making good on his promise to blow up his babymama's car - they say they found him near the vehicle with some lighter fluid.
