What's the Globe have against Charles Sarkis?

Riggs chronicles the sometimes subtle, sometimes blatant ways the Globe constantly casts aspersions on Sarkis, he of the Back Bay Restaurant Group and Wonderland racetrack:
... Too bad Mr. Sarkis doesn't have a media empire. I bet he'd give the hacks at the Boston Globe a run for their money.

maybe they've seen his kitchens
I worked for two of his places, some of the dirtiest kitchens I've ever seen. I worked at Legal Seafoods and his Atlantic Fish Co. , they were night and day in terms of standards. I don't think I even need to offer an opinion about Wonderland, those poor abused dogs.
Dog abuse?
Do you have proof of this? I'd like to point out that Mr. Sarkis' track is also active in greyhound adoption, holding an annual event at Wonderland to promote the practice.

Atlantic Fish? A dirty kitchen? You have no idea what you're talking about. 30 years in this industry and recently employed by the Back Bay Restaurant Group, I've seen no organization with higher standards for quality, cleanliness, and service. Curious about the kitchen? Ask any of the managers and you can take a look for yourself.

I cant say enough of this company Charles and his family have been amazing to all his employees.. WE ARE FAMILY does anyone actually know what that means??? Thanks Charles, Jolineen, Annemarie, Gary, and David and all the support staff thanks for supporting boca raton fla abe and louies and let me not forget to thank all the managers that have come and gone, and most importantly the ones that are still there Marsalo, Tui, John, Jerry and Karia.. abe and louies boca raton
Ive worked for abe and louies in fla for 6 years. Ive have never seen a cleaner kitchen in my 25 years in this business. thx charles and all of your right arms.. we will all miss you!!!!
