But did they make it in Massachusetts?

Barbara Walters reveals past affair with US senator.

A Massachusetts senator whose first name is Edward but who isn't a Kennedy. Go figure.

Yow

Wow, that's a real shocker. Wouldn't it have been nicer to wait to admit to this affair after Sen. Brooke has passed on? I wonder if she ever did any stories on him or interviews with him, thus compromising whatever journalistic integrity she has or had.

Interracial, extramarital ... watch The Deveined Mrs. Hasslebrat get all Church Lady all over this shit.

After all, somebody who seems to think that birth control and working mothers are bad while working and not having a kid every year would never do anything like that ...

Who ya boning?

By choosing to disclose this information, Barbara Walters traded her dignity for a ratings boost. I don't think she got enough in return for her dignity.

I wonder if she talked to Brook first or whether he was as surprised as the rest of us.

According to the wikipedia

According to the wikipedia article about her, she "dated former U.S. Federal Reserve Chairman Alan Greenspan in the 1970s and her name was linked to United States Senator John Warner in the 1990s."

So much for the old aphorism "once you go black...".
