These are newly built, not refurbished salvage, and the drivers really cannot seem to see out of them to avoid, like, peds in a crosswalk?
They conduct the tours out of the Charlestown Navy Yard.

The ones owned by the guy who was so terribly surprised when the original Duck Boats sued him over his name.

...when nobody rode his "boats." I used to work in the area, and every time I saw his boats, they were empty..and the guys working his booth at North Station were the worst at customer service- tourists would see the booth, clearly be checking it out-and the dude would just stare them down. Yikes.
I have to give the guy credit for making such an impressive-in-size vehicle, but in terms of elegance, even the old Duck boats are better. He should've copied the design- god knows they were built to be as easy to assemble as possible, and that was circa 1940.
He got the lawsuit dismissed, right? I mean, "Duck" is terminology any WW2 vet knows...
