Just my own Watertown D'Angelo's to talk about, but I've always found the staff courteous and pleasant, had my orders made correctly (and usually in a couple of minutes less than I allotted, for driving there to pick up) and, overall, found nothing to complain about.

I assume it's a franchise establishment (someone correct me, if I'm wrong.) My local one is aces.
