I had to fill the tank today and that really resonates.
On one hand, i can't complain if I only have to fill the tank once a month.
On the other hand, it really makes you aware of yet another 10% price jump (and 50 cent price jump) in that time.
yes, I've hugged my bicycles today.
Since the price for regular at that station is actually down 6 cents from last week (although given what happened with oil prices today, I have no doubt it'll be going up again soon enough).
