Boston Police report they arrested two failed burglars trying to escape in a cab early today.

When a resident of Farquhar Street in Roslindale spotted the two would-be yeggs attempting to break into a car on the street, he screamed at them. They took off. Responding officers noticed two guys who matched the witness's description in a cab nearby on Centre Street:

After stopping the vehicle officers found the passengers to be carrying a flash light, a screwdriver, perfume, and a Ziploc bag filled with loose change.

They were transferred to another vehicle for booking at Area E.5.
