That's hysterical. My wife was just griping about the fact that her sister, who is visiting Marsh Vegas (Marshfield for the unindoctrinated) from Calif., just made a batch a few days ago. My wife was upset because she couldn't have one since we live in North Carolina now. Natch.

She waxed on talking about visiting Jahdinz (or Johrdahnz if you wanted to sound more sophisticated) with her sister and her Nana to have the muffins. Now, thanks to this link, I can make her a batch before she comes home from work!

Personally, my local favorite baked goods are the cinnamon rolls at Ma Glockner's chicken restaurant way out in the Bellingham area.
