Considering the lack of water in that picture, I say it's a man, eating squid.

Unless, of course, there's such a thing as the subterranean burrowing giant squid, in which case we should investigate the possibility of training it to dig subway tunnels.

Yep. The kidlet looked at that and wondered "what's dangerous about eating a squid?" To which her oh-so-knowing father replied "Well, he could throw what he didn't finish on the ground, and it's pretty slippery stuff, so somebody could slip on it and crack their head on the sidewalk."

I wonder why she never believes anything I tell her?

My niece was in town on a visit and set about exploring my home. She looked at the Teflon brush in the tub and asked, "What's that?" I said "That's to clean the tub." She looked again and asked, "Then why is it so dirty." I laughed.
