Boston Police report finding a man with multiple gunshot wounds at 24 Seaver St. in Roxbury shortly after midnight. The man, in his mid 30s, died at Brigham and Women's Hospital.

Police say a teenager later checked himself into Boston Medical Center with a gunshot wound to the hand. Police say the two were likely shot in the same apartment and that the teen "has been uncooperative with investigators."

Last July, two men were found shot at the same location; both lived.
