the right lane of storrow eb is too
and the jerks in a hurry who need to pass everyone in the left lane by driving fast in the right lane are splashing water onto the cars in the wb side.
Did you mean eb=east bound?
Or was this just a typo for "ebb" as in "ebb tide"?
Side question - does anyone know if the groundwater and drainage systems are affected by the tides?
