First Reston the Rooster goes missing in Somerville, now a Cambridge seagull has flown the coop. I_am_Amy took the photo and wonders who keeps seagulls as pets.

Were they sure it was a dump chicken?
Maybe I'm not looking hard enough but most of the seagulls I see round here have white, grey or black feathers. Not brown.
