With one man already dead, police yesterday arrested dozens of people before this weekend's Caribbean Festival.

I don't understand why you linked the harbor cruise murder to the carnival. is there some connection between them?

Investigators are trying to determine whether the man had been aboard the Provincetown II for "Outrageous in Red," a floating reggae and hip hop party that police believe was kickoff event for this weekend's Caribbean Festival.

If the same people - the 1% - go to both events, then they're connected as far as gang-related trouble goes.
