My son and I were walking in JP today and the driver of a large SUV blocking the crosswalk actually backed up out of the crosswalk and smiled and waved at us. I may chalk it up to the "cute baby effect" but still I appreciate it.
I always feel tempted
to pretend that I'm distracted and just walk into the person's car when they stop in the crosswalk. And then look around dumbfounded and wonder why there is a car in the crosswalk.
