Boston Police report arresting a Charlestown man on charges he tried to carve up four teenagers at Commercial and Hull streets around 1 this morning.
Jeffrey Scott, 20, of Charlestown, was charged with assault with intent to murder and assault and battery by means of a dangerous weapon; police say they found him not long after with blood on his clothes. The four victims were taken to local hospitals with injuries not expected to kill them.
