Luigi Epifinia, 25, convicted last month of killing an East Boston cat, then using its flaming body to try to set a triple decker on fire. After he gets out - and he is getting a 15-month credit for time already served - he will serve five years on probation for beating a man with a frying pan, the Suffolk County DA's office reports.

I'm sure he'll make a nice
I'm sure he'll make a nice bitch for some inmate.
But will it really help? Shouldn't he be forced to spend time with one of those prison-based dog training programs to learn how to be kind and compassionate towards animals?
alternate punishment?
Can't we just beat him with a frying pan?
