Boston Globe Endorses Sonia Chang-Diaz for 2nd Suffolk Senate

Today's Boston Globe endorsed Sonia Chang-Diaz in the Mass. 2nd Suffolk State Senate race. The election is Tuesday, September 16. From the endorsement:
Chang-Diaz has demonstrated solid knowledge of the issues facing the district ... she understands the familes in the 2nd Suffolk and elsewhere are starved for better educational opportunities.
In other endorsements, the Globe picks Kenneth J. Donnelly in 4th Middlesex Senate district, and Dawn Harkness in the 6th Middlesex Senate district.
Editor's note: I also have noted I am supporting Sonia Chang-Diaz.

Knock me over with a feather--Bay Windows comes to its senses on this. Mass Equality--not surprised to hear they haven't. A one-trick pony if there ever was one, though it was a great trick I am still thankful for. Maybe there is more to the fight for LGBT rights than equal marriage. It's time for progressive LGBT people and their allies to expand beyond this one issue and remember that there are other battles to be won. How about the removal of corrupt politicians for a start--that would benefit everyone no matter what their sexual orientation.
