Livening up the Museum of Science

fixing the exhibits would also be a good idea
Every time I've been there over the last decade and a half, a good chunk of the interactive exhibits don't work. As time goes on, I've noticed more and more exhibits disappearing and not re-appearing, mostly in the north wing of the building, ie, where all the really interactive exhibits are. The bio side seems to be getting more and more attention, along with Appeal to the Idiot Masses exhibits on stuff like the "science" of baseball.
For example, there used to be an exhibit which used a frictionless track and timing computer to show force, mass, momentum, an collision types. Gone. Too "hard science." OOO, lookit the pretty butterflies, kids!
I still miss the tic-tac-toe playing computer
Which they kept around long after that had ceased to be a novelty since all the cool kids had their own Atari 2600s or whatever.
But I do like how they finally added a note to the math timeline in the basement indicating that, yes, discoveries have been made since 1974.
Sore legs. Museum of Science Lecture Hall.
The seating in the lecture hall presses uncomfortably against the inside of legs under the knees so that for some people their legs hurt or thier legs go to sleep. You have to ask for a folding chair that they keep around back. Programs should note and signs indicate additional seating is available. Redesigning the lecture hall seating is sorely needed!
