I found the Skinny Cow and despite the fear that Suze Orman spreads on CNN, my Credit Card worked today at Roche Bros.

Oh, thank goodness the Skinny Cow is safe!
I thought we were the only ones addicted to that stuff (well, and crunchy no-sugar-added Klondike Bars). Because I couldn't bear the thought of having to find it at the Spring Street Shaw's!

In my old age, they're almost as good as I remember Flying Saucers to be from childhood. Man, those were a treat; luckily we could get them both near home and near our summer vacation spot on the North Fork.
But: although you can use your credit card at Roche's, do we still trust Hannaford? What short memories we have.

I can't possibly see how Palin could do well in this debate up against "Mr. Foreign Policy Chops".
She's bound to start blurting out things like "Seems to me this would be a good time to send, no strings attached, a check for $200 million to Iran", or
"When the stock market crashed, Franklin D. Roosevelt got on the television and didn't just talk about the, you know, the princes of greed. He said, 'Look, here's what happened.'"
I love Suze, especially when
I love Suze, especially when she has her segment where people call up and ask her if they could afford to buy something extravegant.
"WHAT ARE YOU CRAZY YOU CANT AFFORD A BEEMER ON 20,000 A YEAR WHATS WRONG WITH YOU!"
Or when she tells someone they shouldnt get married to the love of their life because the guy/girl has a few credit issues lol.
