Moral dilemma solved

Amy has never been to a Sox playoff game but scored tickets to game 4. She realizes that for her to use her tickets, the Sox would have to lose tonight, but comes to the conclusion she has to root for them to win.

she got her wish!
good on her for scoring the tix and i hope that they win, just for her for being there.
good luck amy! and the redsox, of course.
Uh oh!
She's a jinx!
Go Sox, win it all even if Amy is there!
***J/K to all who take this more seriously than I do.

Youkilis's moral dilemma also solved
Now he doesn't have to decide whether to play a Game 5 on Yom Kippur eve.
Interesting Sidetrack
I recall Sandy Koufax not playing on the high holy days - during the World Series, for that matter! - but off the top of my head I can't recall any other ballplayers being that observant. Perhaps Koufax got the ink because of his stature and the situation. Any others come to mind? Greenberg?

Thanks, Kaz.
