Two stabbed, one arrested in Fenway fracas
Boston Police report an early-morning argument at 24 Westland Ave. left two men with stab wounds and a third under arrest.
Police say they found a man with multiple stab wounds around 3:25 a.m. today. He was taken to Boston Medical Center and is expected to survive. Witness descriptions helped them pick up two men, one with a stab wound, the other with bleeding hands, at 650 Columbus Ave. Police say the victim was arguing with these guys when one of them, Zachary Winston, 19, of Roxbury, pulled a knife and started stabbing him.
Winston was arrested on a charge of assault and battery by means of a dangerous weapon. The second man was not charged, but was taken to Boston Medical Center for treatment.
Interesting coincidence? Both 24 Westland and 650 Columbus were locations of large parties busted up by Boston Police (the former with help from Northeastern Police) a couple of weekends ago.
Innocent, etc.
