Who is saying "I would love to open a hair salon and I have the perfect place. Right in between Salon Sassoon and Snippy Snips and across the street from Sexual Scissors." ...

Ed. note: The answer: Centre Street has about as many hair salons as it does funeral homes. As well as one barber shop that proudly boasts of "7 1/2 barbers."
