Pats' performance makes two brothers mad; pint-size thugs don't get far in stolen car
Boston Police report they had to break up a sibling spat at 1531 River St. in Hyde Park last night, when a dispute between two brothers over the score of the Patriots game led to fisticuffs:
On arrival, officers observed the suspect being restrained by several family members to keep him from attacking his brother.
The restrained brother was then treated to a trip down to E-18 for booking on assault and battery charges.
Meanwhile, officers responding to a report of a group of guys in hoodies breaking into a green Honda on Annunciation Road on Mission Hill yesterday afternoon found a group of guys in hoodies attempting a three-point turn in a green Honda:
Upon observing the officers, the car reversed struck a parked car and the suspects exited the car and attempted to flee. Officers pursued the suspects and caught two of them after a brief foot pursuit.
One was 16, the other 14; police say one of the two explained what they were doing:
"I was supposed to meet with my probation officer, but (expletive) it, I didn't want to meet with no one anyways!"
Innocent, etc.

How I imagine it went
Brother A: "Dude, Cassel is winning 27-0 through 3 quartahs!"
Brother B: "Come on, what's the real score?"
Brother A: "Seriously, the Pats are winning 27 to zip!"
Brother B: "Give it up! My mom could sack Matt Cassel!"
Brother A: "Dude, your mom did sack Matt Cassel!"
Brother B: "Nobody talks about my mom like that!"
Fight ensues.
