I dont get why stores cant
I dont get why stores cant at least wait until Halloween is over. Unlike Thanksgiving Halloween is at least a money making holiday for the major stores when it comes to useless junk.
I especially dont get why these stores can never at least make clear definitions of where Halloween ends and Christmas starts. Having the aisles face ach other is kind of funny. It would make alot more sense to me if half the aisle was christmas and the other half halloween. That way if you in the middle of the aisle looking at halloween stuff and turn around your not faced with Santa Claus. I was in a cheapo discount store the other day and thats how they handled it, the two holidays were clearly defined. Oh and they also had great decorations for super cheap. For less then 20 bucks you can get all sorts of things for halloween decorating as opposed to the 20 bucks you would spend in Stop and Shop for a single halloween bucket and some fake cobwebs lol.
false start, five yard penalty, repeat Halloween
I was in the Shaw's (or is it Star Market again?) on Comm Ave yesterday afternoon, and they had eggnog out already. Granted it was in an impulse-buy spot, and it was Lactaid eggnog, but last time I looked, it was still October.
