Drug-addicted woman admits to killing crack-using man

Kimya Foust today pleaded guilty to manslaughter for the stabbing death of Walter Jackson, Jr. in his Harold Street apartment two years ago following a days-long crack and heroin binge.

Foust had been scheduled to go on trial for first-degree murder in Suffolk Superior Court today. She is now expected to be sentenced to 19 to 20 years in jail rather than facing the possibility of life without parole, the Suffolk County District Attorney's office says.

Prosecutors detailed what happened early on Oct. 26, when Foust went to Jacon's home:

After sleeping for some time, they woke up and Foust went to buy alcohol at a nearby store.

When she returned, Jackson was doing drugs and "at some point Mr. Jackson was naked," Fredette said. "He got on top of the defendant."

Foust rebuffed his advances, Fredette continued, and Jackson rolled over to use cocaine. At this point, the prosecutor said, Foust produced a knife Jackson had earlier brought into the room to cut fruit and stabbed him.

Foust then left in Jackson's car, which Boston Police tracked through its OnStar system.

Its time to get rid of all these crackheads waste of public money on long court cases and then feed them for the next 30 years.

Drug dealers should receive no pity just shoot to kill.

Do you know why most drug pushers live with their mothers?
Because they only earn on average $3 an hour and can't afford to move out.
