Horseshoe proves unlucky for woman in South Boston

Then again, she was using it to bash in another woman's car, Boston Police report.

Police say an acquaintance of Donna Reardon, 57, wouldn't let her in her Gavin Way home around 8:30 p.m. yesterday because Reardon was "too smashed to be allowed entry." So Reardon took out a horseshoe and started going to town on the woman's car. Police do not say why Reardon was packing a horseshoe, but do say she was arrested on a charge of willful and malicious destruction of property.

A horse is a horse, of course, of course, unless that horse is a guilty horse.
