Is it just me?
Or do people seem to keep missing the small "no trucks" icons? Why don't we have big yellow warning signs at Berkeley St, Charles Gate, etc?
they need height bars
...not silly plastic signs on chains, but metal BARS. Something that will make a really fucking loud "BANG!" when hit and snag the truck and stop them, before they cause structural damage to a bridge. Not to mention, stop them when they're blocking an on-ramp, not the entire road.
Then, nail them for the cost of replacing the bar. A couple thousand dollars will make drivers take the issue seriously.
