By outlawing paper plates, since they couldn't just come right out and ban a specific chain. So the Concord Papa Gino's became the only one to use china (hmm, I wonder if it's still on Thoreau Street and, if so, if they still use china?)

La-Di-Dah Dedham has had a fast food ban for years. They finally let in Krispy Kreme, and they closed within a year or two.

A Burger King would look great in that space.
