The Bulletin reports it got so bad one evening, Williams Avenue residents dialed 911, because they couldn't get anybody at City Hall.

Over 3 weeks (almost 4) later and the problem persists? This is the sort of thing I'm talking about when I say that Menino is not good at his job. Ultimately, he is in charge of this city, he should have people in place who are capable, get-it-done types. Instead, since he is a do-nothing leader, his people do nothing.
