The Middlesex County District Attorney's office details the gambling-ring charges against Peter Limone - framed for a murder he didn't commit by the Boston FBI office - and 16 associates.

There are still laws against loan-sharking?
I thought the usury laws had been repealed, allowing banks to charge ridiculous interest rates on credit cards.
not only that
but they're also letting anybody be an investment bank these days,so why not the local mobsters. They're all crooks anyway.

Does he get credit for time served, or does the money award for damages cancel that out?
